Description
As with all Dreissigacker wines, the Chardonnay & WeiAburgunder was also processed carefully. After the selective harvest, without the addition of treatment agents and only promoted by gravity, the grapes were spontaneously fermented. The Cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc was aged 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in 500 liter tonneau wooden barrels and then stored on the full yeast for four month
