Eye:Golden hue with green highlights. A form of fine bubbles giving rise to a creamy foam.
Nose:First airy nose revealing a rich aromatic bouquet of white flowers, candied fruit (kumquat and mango) and fresh pastry (buttery cookies). The opening offers deep notes of almond and toasted hazelnuts.
