Unique whisky creations! For each Signature Edition, our Master Distiller selects individual, special casks from the cask store and creates an exclusive whisky rarity from them. The Signature Edition is a single cask bottling. Quality comes before quantity. Each Signature Edition is therefore a masterpiece and bears the signature of the Master Distiller. Our Peated Single Malt Whisky “08/15” got its name because of the distillation date in August 2015. This smoked ham 🙂 matured for 5 years in an ex-bourbon cask and was allowed to mature for a further 3 years in a 225l port wine cask. As always, here are the tasting notes for you:

Very fruity, dirty smoke that becomes more like wood smoke over time, blackberries, currants, cherries, then creamy vanilla and some sweet citrus

Strong, essential oils, coniferous wood, wood smoke (burning fir naum), again the berry notes, nice spice

Long, warming, smoke wafts around in your mouth for a long time
